1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available if:

  • You receive a damaged, dead, or incorrect plant/product.
  • The product does not match the description on our website.
  • The item was not delivered within the promised time frame (excluding delays caused by natural events or courier issues).

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please include a clear photo of the plant/product showing the issue.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The plant dies due to improper care after delivery.
  • You change your mind after purchase.
  • The item was on clearance or marked as “non-returnable.”

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at with your order number, description of the issue, and photo proof (if applicable). We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. In some cases, we may offer a replacement plant or store credit instead.
